Welcome!  My name is Stephanie Creel and I work with Beachy Beach Real Estate.  I'm a native of the area with over 24 years experience in the real estate industry.  Prior to my career selling real estate 14 years ago, I managed vacation rentals and condominium associations for over 10 years.  Knowing both sides of the business has proven priceless when helping customers make an informed decision and ultimately, the best investment.

My passion lies in educating my customers about the good, bad – and sometimes ugly – of buying and selling property.  I'm a numbers person, so whether investing or buying/selling a permanent residence, my customers can be confident they're getting the best value for their dollar.  I only recommend properties that I would consider purchasing myself.
